1. Returns and Exchanges

1.1. At Golden Age Lamps, we strive to provide high-quality lamps. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and exchanges as outlined in this policy.

2. Change of Mind Returns

2.1. If you change your mind about your purchase, you may return the lamp(s) within 14 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the lamp(s) must be in unused and resalable condition with all original packaging and accessories.

2.2. We will process a refund or exchange once we receive and inspect the returned item(s). The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

3. Faulty or Defective Lamps

3.1. please contact us immediately if you receive a faulty or defective lamp.

3.2. We will assess the issue and may offer one of the following solutions:

  • A replacement lamp at no additional cost.
  • A refund if a replacement is not available or desired.

4. Damaged in Transit

4.1. If your lamp is damaged during transit, please contact us within seven days of receiving the lamp.

4.2. We may require photographic evidence of the damage and packaging to process a refund or replacement.

5. Returns Process

5.2. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in cases of faulty or defective products.

6. Refund Processing Time

6.1. Refunds will be processed within ten business days after receiving the returned item(s). Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

7. Non-Returnable Items

7.1. Custom-made or personalised lamps are non-returnable unless they are faulty or defective.

8. Consumer Guarantees

8.1. This policy does not affect Your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if a product does not meet consumer guarantees.
